Et plus important encore, que les personnes qui les utilisent le soient. Nous prenons la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s au s\u00e9rieux.<\/p>\n

Et celle de nos travailleurs est essentielle. Nous ne pouvons pas \u00e9viter tous les accidents ni 100 % des mauvaises utilisations des \u00e9quipements, mais cette ann\u00e9e, nous avons \u00e9largi les initiatives pour motiver les op\u00e9rateurs. Nous disposons d’\u00e9quipements de protection individuelle de haute qualit\u00e9 et nous avons renforc\u00e9 la formation \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en insistant sur l’utilisation correcte des EPI, la responsabilit\u00e9 du recours pr\u00e9ventif et le contenu des articles 18 et 19 de la Loi 31\/95 sur la Pr\u00e9vention des Risques du Travail. Nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une session de formation d\u00e9but janvier en collaboration avec Previntegral Mollerussa<\/a>, et nous l’avons compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par une formation sp\u00e9cifique dans l’utilisation et la maintenance des machines les plus utilis\u00e9es dans l’entreprise.<\/p>\n

Nous avons \u00e9galement cr\u00e9\u00e9 un groupe WhatsApp o\u00f9 nous rappelons et insistons sur l’importance de l’utilisation correcte de l’\u00e9quipement et o\u00f9 nous avons un marqueur avec le nombre de jours sans accident. Dans l’entrep\u00f4t, nous avons une zone d’information sur le tableau avec des images et des infographies qui, de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s visuelle, aident \u00e0 sensibiliser les travailleurs \u00e0 l’importance de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail. Et, enfin, pour rendre cet apprentissage plus attractif, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un tirage au sort d\u2019une t\u00e9l\u00e9vision en d\u00e9but d’ann\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de tous ces travailleurs n’ayant pas eu d’accident en 2020.<\/p>\n

Pour les nouveaux recrutements au sein de l’\u00e9quipe d’op\u00e9rateurs, nous avons une formation initiale et un syst\u00e8me de tutorat d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de trois mois. Pendant ce temps, une attention particuli\u00e8re est port\u00e9e \u00e0 l’apprentissage des t\u00e2ches \u00e0 effectuer, en respectant toutes les mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de pr\u00e9vention des risques avec une utilisation correcte des \u00e9quipements.
